Sex Offenders

South Dakota state law requires that any person who has been convicted of a sex crime or of felony sexual contact, must register with local law enforcement within ten days of moving to a residence. The Gettysburg Police Department believes that it is extremely important to provide our citizens with public notice and information about a registrant so our community can protect themselves and others. Sex Offenders have always been in our community. This listing will assist in preventing the Sex Offenders from acting secretly. This Sex Offender Registration Listing is public record.
